Jason runs a 2:24 marathon and has coached several runners to sub-2:45 on debut. Before the marathon took over he raced as a professional long-distance triathlete, where he learned how much cross-training quietly shapes a runner: how to build the aerobic engine without breaking down, and when the legs need something other than more miles.
As the Clinic grows, a small hand-picked roster of specialist coaches will join Jason. For now, every athlete is coached by Jason himself.
